I don't know but stainless really is non-stick if you get it hot enough first. You have to heat it up until the water dances (see internet videos) and then you can let it cool down a bit and it will still work. You can cook eggs etc. Easy clean up.

A friend recetnly started recommending these and said she has had great experience with them, as they are safe (health wise) and don't stick.
So far I've only used stainless steel or Staub products, but stick admittedly they do so a bit frustrating to deal with.
Do you think this is a good brand, or are there better ones out there? I am obviously not in the know here so would appreciate any recs.
