I had comfort food for a few days. Just went out and bought lots of veg for soup and salads. Gotta stay healthy. I don’t have to see uncle republican at Thanksgiving, I choose to stay home with my kids and eat what I want to.

What I eat and drink is the only thing I can control. So my diet has been even better than average. I haven't had one drink. I need to be able to sleep through the most of this. I've also cut out all news for now.

My digestion has been terrible so I’ve been trying to eat bland foods. Explosive diarrhea after hearing the election results seems about right.

Personally, I'm planning to spend some time cooking healthy food this weekend, so that I don't feel worse than I already do.

If you are hosting Thanksgiving dinner in your home, you have the right to tell your guests no political talk. If they cannot comply, tell them we will see you next year.

Eat an apple, maybe a banana.
As for your uncle, have a positive outlook and don’t be so negative.
