I placed an order the first week of September and it still says 'awaiting fulfillment'. Their phone number mailbox has been full for weeks, can't leave a message. The email always sends back a bullsh*t response that it will be shipped around date XYZ and then XYZ comes and goes and nothing happens.
They have a 1.8 review rating on the web.
How the hell do I get my $ back? I guess I need to do a credit card dispute. My kid isn't even going to fit into this stuff anymore by the time it arrives,,,if it ever does.
