SYC is doing great. All other teams have the same issues with fields. This is not something that only happens to them.

Isn't much different from other clubs dealing with public field space. The ONLY club in the area that can control their field space because they own them is VRSC.

back on subject...

SYC is a very disorganised club.
Nothing is planned before hand. You have teams who have to shuffle from one field to another each week due to overcrowds.

I don't actually agree with that practice. One of the challenges that we face is criticism of identifiable individuals buy those posting as anonymous. I have always agreed that if you identify yourself in a verifiable manner, you can say whatever you want about whomever you want. In that case, if the target of the post believes that they have been defamed, they can pursue legal action directly. But when the author of posts believed to be defamatory are anonymous, I end up being the focus of legal action. I am not interested in being your legal defense. Therefore, I prefer that you not discuss others who are identifiable except in cases when those people are clearly public figures (e.g. you can say whatever you want about Trump).

I know that not being able to talk about key figures in a sport such as coaches in a way that makes them identifiable is problematic in threads like this. But just imagine that you were being discussed in such a way in a discussion about your job. If you post about others in a way that you wouldn't mind others posting about you, there will probably be no issues with your posts. Otherwise, whenever you identify another person you take a risk that your post will be removed. I realize that many won't like that restriction but I can't really say that I am sorry about that. This forum is a real pain in my you-know-what and I frankly don't care if the rules upset you.

This seems reasonable to me.

It appeared to me, the post re: EM and PM was one of the sock puppet posts. There was no this is what I think and here is why I think it. It was low effort and came across purely as a $hit stirring effort. It is probable the moderator saw that post was by the same person posting all the other nonsense.

If you wish to discuss those two individuals and want to lay out whatever problems you may have with them then by all means feel free. Moreover, the original post about them did not, in any way, give "insights on how these guys run and manages their club."

SYC being GA for some reason really frustrates the ECNL hats.

I don't know why they spend so much effort trying to create FUD specifically against SYC.

Jsteele,

Thank you for moderating and clarifying. Some other comments, across multiple threads, have been illogical and wildly tangential, to suggest a motive, at best.

Cheers and thanks,

I have been removing posts from a poster who appears to be mentally unbalanced and engages in conversations with himself. I'm sorry if you found those posts useful, but I think most posters will be happy to have them removed.
