You will have to go back some years to get under 10K, but CR-V, RAV-4, Ford Escape, Ford Edge, Lexus RX-350, Acura RDX.

DD is a junior in college and will probably have to commute to an internship this summer. any recs for a car? price range is under 10k and preferably an SUV, flexible though. want car to last ~5 years? TIA!
