Do they have podcasts? I've noticed that the children of podcast hosts have a 10x chance of being trans.

+1. It's a mistake to assume that something is "common" because it happens frequently in a small self-selected sample. My kid's grade has two trans parents, which is definitely unusual, but much more likely in a place where trans people are more likely to live.

Not common. There does seem to be a genetic link to being LGBTQ though so I think it would be more common than straight cisgender couples.
