it doesn't matter because they kept switching up our coaches all season long. Some tournaments we weren't sure we would even have a coach and suddenly one we had never met would show up to coach a match (and those sub coaches, in their defense, were being asked literally at the last minute and had their own teams, and were kind of mad about it). So then you have to deal with coaches mad at coaches, the head of the entire thing just being in bad moods and taking huge leaves of absences which made even more work for the other admin/coaches who are barely getting paid anything. Coaches being rude and nasty to girls at practices, I don't understand why they are even coaching if they don't like kids or teens. I had to address 2 coaches individually last year for calling my player a liar, that she was a horrible a player and that they had no idea why she was on the team (what, you gave her an offer). My daughter loved volleyball and had played for years at other clubs but this experience was the nail in the coffin (for her and a few other girls); they now hate volleyball and are not doing club ever again. It's a shame.

I spoke with other parents all season long and we had similar concerns. These coaches were U14-U16.

They just shouldn't be a club. The few people who do care are so overwhelmed and under appreciated that something had to give. The others just seem permanently pissed off.

We played against both at 13 level. No Panic was significantly better.

At opposite ends of the Beltway... any recent experiences in 15U/16U for No Panic or Alexandria Titans (VBC not the HS)? I know we're talking lower tier.
