Its a combination which works best but for sure other than some specific jobs, EQ helps more for success is life.

My 29 year old is married, has two masters degrees, a great job, is a homeowner (single family home not a townhouse), has a toddler and another on the way. Got to travel extensively in between degrees. Not a brag as it's their accomplishment not mine. I'm grateful for the life they currently have, and realize it may not always be this easy so I hope they enjoy it while it is.
