Election worker here. It's not illegal, but also it would be impossible to enforce. Ballots are secret and not linked to your name, so they wouldn't know who to go after if it were illegal.

Lots of us don’t advertise who we vote for. I know it’s shocking for the DCUM crowd but who I vote for is no one’s business.

You may not like your choices but 1 of 2 people are going to run this country and getting to participate in selecting one of them is a whole lot better than the alternative. Hundreds of years of human struggle is being disrespected when you do this - but, it is your right. You should avoid admitting it though because most people will think you’re childish and dumb.
