Reacher's sex scenes are fairly innocuous...they do it, but not in much detail, and he's quite respectful about it.
Some of Steven King's books do have some graphic sex scenes, but most don't.
The Reacher books would be fine for a 15 year old, I think. Prescreen the King books and you'll be fine.

Question about the Jack Reacher books - I was thinking about getting the first few for my 15 year old son. Is there much sex/explicit content? I don't care if there's some, but I was thinking about some Stephen King for him and my husband reminded me there's some real weird and violent sex in a lot of his books. Just trying to avoid that sort of thing.
