You can vote for all the positions. Montgomery County Board of Education districts are about where the candidates live, but they're all elected by all voters.

In the Voter's Guide (MoCo 360), I see there are two At Large candidates, and then two each for district 2 and 4. I live in district 3. I am only allowed to vote for one of the At Large candidate, correct?
