Subject: Disney - food recommendations in the parks
AK - Nomad Lounge
HS - Ronto roasters, Docking Bay 7, Woody's Lunch Box
EPCOT - Food stands if you're there during a festival. The sushi restaurant at the Japan pavilion was good too (it's the only regular restaurant in EPCOT that I've been to).
MK - Honestly, this was the worst park for food. There wasn't much there that we liked.
For resorts, Boma at AKL for breakfast, Kona at Polynesian for breakfast, Beaches & Cream at Beach Club for lunch, Steakhouse 71 at Contemporary for any meal.
At Disney Springs, the Boathouse for a meal, and Salt & Straw for ice cream.

Don't sleep on the Nomad Lounge in AK. Great drinks and snacks if you can't get a reservation at Tiffins.

Magic Kingdom remains disappointing. But Pecos Bill's has been better lately.
Pecos Bill’s is our go-to. They also have a new menu that looks promising!

For something extra, instead of the Dole whip get the Tropical Serenade. POG juice (pineapple, orange guava), coconut soft serve, and an upside down pineapple cake pop. So good.

I'm a pretty picky eater and we go to WDW pretty much every year.
If you want the fast casual, here are my picks:
Animal Kingdom -- definitely Satuli Canteen. I like the chili tofu bowl. I did not care for the BBQ place that a lot of people like. There is an asian place with dumpling type stuff that is okay. Note AK also has Dole Whip, at the snack place near the safari. They also have fruit cups and mickey pretzels there which is generally good for a light meal or heavy snack.
MK -- Casey's hotdogs are actually pretty good, as are the cheese fries. I'm really not a big fan of the fast casual at MK, and often just end up eating ice cream and pretzels or something. I can never find Peccos Bill open (maybe it's only in the summer??). I do not care for Pinnochio's.
HS -- again, not a huge fan. There's a lot of snacky things around and I often just do this. There is a fancy hot dog place that is okay. (This makes it sound like I eat a lot of hot dogs, which I don't -- but they are comparatively good at WDW.) The pizza place that used to be Planet Pizza but is not Rizzo's Pizza is tolerable.
Epcot -- lots of good options and easy to find something. We often end up eating at the cafeteria type place near Soarin' (called Sunshine or Seasons or somethign), not because it's the best, but because we seem to end up on the side of the park at lunch time and no one wants to walk a mile to get a taco or something. It's pretty good, is very quick, and has a lot of different options, including healthy ones. The problem with the quick service in the world pavilions is that they are often not quick and sometimes are not open (like the pizza to-go place mentioned above is, I think, only open in the summer.) Depending on the day, the festival booths can have very long lines. I remember once seeing people waiting like 20-30 minutes for an empanada, and I was thinking of all the easy places to get empanadas in the DC area with no wait at all! At that point, I'd rather just grab humus, grapes and an ice cream bar and promise myself a good empanada when I get back home.

At MK or AK, we like to try to get the last brunch of the day -- Disney does brunch food well, and if we are there for rope drop, we're ready for a break and substantial food by late brunch. That takes us through the day so then we only need something light at dinner. We like Crystal Palace brunch, Be Our Guest in MK; Tusker House in AK (we've never tried Tiffins!). Epcot we usually do something simple like one of the Italian places or the Mexican place, but the most popular/best reviewed are the Canadian place and the aquarium place.
The crowds are generally the worst from 11 to 3 or so, so a late brunch or lunch is the perfect time to take a longer break. Breaking for dinner makes less sense as the crowds generally will lighten up.

Make sure to get Dole Whip. You can get it at the Aloha Isle in MK, and at the Poly. I like the float, which is made with pineapple juice. I got one every day when we stayed at the Poly.

Have been to Disney World twice in the past year and agree with suggestions you have been given.
You can also eat at resorts -- on a MK day you can take the monorail pretty easily to the Contemporary, the Poly, and the Grand Floridian.

Columbia HH was ok - it is better than any other food option in MK though except for the Beauty and the Beast castle reservation. That was neat and the food was good.

Second this! We were there for the International Food and Wine Festival and my kids still talk about it. Just this morning, my son mentioned eating "snails in France" and its been over a year since our trip.
I am also a die-hard Dole Whip fan so that's my go-to snack treat.
