Some parents on our team write monthly checks as thank yous for helping their kids outside of practice and playing them all game. The gift that keeps on giving every month is more appreciated to most coaches I think.

End of Fall and Spring season only, team members kick in $20 each, gc to coach and spouses favorite restaurant (in early years it was Amazon gc because we didn't know spouse well)

No bday or Christmas gift
