The quality at WF is much better than elsewhere, and I appreciate that they filter out artificial ingredients and preservatives. If you're on a low-fat, low-salt or gluten-free or other special diet, you still need to look at ingredients, but it does make life easier not to have to weed through 90% of the crap other supermarkets sell.
I don't think they weed out as well as Mom's, at least not since WF was bought by Amazon.
So I'd rather shop at Mom's but will buy almost anything at Whole Foods, including personal care items (haircare, deodorant, makeup, lotions, sunscreen etc.)
