Something needs to change and hard discussions need to be had but this isn't sustainable.

Anonymous wrote:Metro station was shut down, there were crowds of literally hundreds of teens milling around up and down M St, several shootings , more than a dozen robberies by groups of teens from 2nd and M all the way to Hill East.
What precipitated this? Was there a concert or something last night?
