What if your kid doesn’t make any of the teams? What do you do then? Clinics? Is there a winter rec league?

Volley Viet offers have gone out for U13 and U14. Seems that most of the U14s getting offers are former club or travel team members

Loudoun Elite offers have been given. The club is holding another makeup session tomorrow for those that missed Fri or Sat tryout (may be scouting for more talent?)

A friend received U13 offer shortly after VAJrs tryouts today. Haven't heard about U14.

We just made it back from the MVSA tryouts. They mentioned 150 or 160 kids trying out at the 14 level - tough competition. About half of the players will learn tonight that they are cut and they should not show up at the tomorrow's tryout. Players will start receiving offers tomorrow after the tryouts.

MOCO is already making offers to 13U.

Same thing happened to my daughter who tried out for Metro South. anyone know how often the players "on the bubble" get offered spots. My daughter has her hopes up but in the back of my mind I'm thinking they may say this to most...

MOCO had a lot of players trying out for the 14s this morning. They probably had a similar turnout yesterday during the first day of tryouts. My DD ended up on the bottom court, where no coach was looking. I am pretty confident I know what that means (likely no invite for the callbacks).

Metro Central 13U had about 45 girls trying out for 12 spots today. They met with each player and their parents after the tryout. They told us my DD is “on the bubble” and they will get in touch if players ahead of her turn them down. It looked like the group trying out for 14U was considerably bigger.

Mojo director has provided verbal offers most of the national/black team already.

i only know for 13U Paramount gave out offers last night to both teams. MVSA said they would email folks not to come back to day two tonight. Not sure how many they will email. 120 girls for 30 spots

I was wondering if you can share what you hear about the teams being formed at various clubs. Most players stay in contact and they know how many of their teammates / friends accepted offers in their clubs or in other clubs. It would be good to know how many spots are left on various teams (and positions that are still being filled) to inform everybody's tryout strategy and decision-making.
