When the police released the 17 year old, did they give him back his handgun?

Incredible. This should be a scandal. But it isn’t because this is exactly how they want criminal justice to work. Meaning that there is no accountability and no justice.

In Montgomery County, four teens from ages 13-17 jacked a car in Bethesda with a gun. The one teen who is 17 is being charged as an adult. The others will probably only get slaps on the wrist thanks to Gov. Moore implementing similar soft of crime laws for criminal teens in MD.

But at least in MD a 17 year old will get taken seriously. For now.

Yeah, he was released later day. Count on it. No extenuating circumstances? No fatalities? Just an armed robbery? Yeah, he walked a few hours later

Sadly it seems like the only way the carjacking situation will improve in DC is for people to start concealed carrying in their vehicles.

We could get waves of teenage carjackers to shift their focus to the swarms of illegal moped suicide drivers.

You would think the DC police would know better than to pursue a moped driver.
