We loved the Almond Tree Inn off Duval. It is adults only now. They have a daily happy hour on the patio and lovely small pool and hot tub. Very peaceful but still walking distance to everything.

If the Dry Tortugas is open and I'm not sure that it is it is worth a day trip.

Key West was so disappointing to me. I would honestly pick somewhere else. Even Marathon or Key Largo would be better.

Sunset Key Cottages. A bit pricey. 10 min boat ride from the key to key west

I loved the Perry Hotel. Its away from the hustle and bustle but was a nice property.

The Gardens. Expensive, but worth it.
