Thank you! DH absolutely loves a lomo saltado we've had at a restaurant, he'll be thrilled if we try to make it at home.

I was literally planning to start a thread on this topic! I absolutely love Milk Street and trust their recipes. My favorite is the Greek lemon chicken traybake. This is supposed to improve on the Greek (Arabs also make it) version and it absolutely does.

NP. This is why, despite loving America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Illustrated, we never got into Milk Street. Everything I looked at just seemed like it would be a pain to gather ingredients for.

We just signed up for Milk Street trial subscription, have never made any recipes from there before, but see them mentioned here often. Please share your favourites so we’ll have a starting list.
