I think it is useful for technique and it good for age group swimmers because they can see what they are doing and for visual learners it can make a HUGE difference.

It is pricey and difficult to get appointment times, which can be frustrating.

Has anyone used SwimBox? Is it helpful for age group swimmers looking to improve technique. TIA.
