They have the best facilities and most coaching/training resources.
They poach kids from other clubs and thus have most (but not all) of the best kids in the area.

Anyone have any insights besides that it’s the only pro youth academy in the DMV area?
No bashing pls. Plenty of threads on that.
I read that their youth academy kids get the most 1st team minute opportunities of all academies! And they have a higher than average homegrown signings.
