OP here. Thanks for the explanation. Watching the media, I don’t know what to think. It does seem the race is tightening, but it’s still within the margin of error in the swing states, so I think it easily could go either way. If either candidate loses, it will be purely their own fault I think. We’ll see soon enough.

We have a thread about poll results already. We also have a thread about actual voting data (early voting numbers, etc.). Almost every thread is about who posters think will win. Hi Jeff, can you please share the criteria for starting new threads in the political forum?

I started one just now discussing the tightening of the race in favor of Trump this past week (as confirmed by The Guardian, NPR and many other publications), but it was deleted in under 10 seconds.

Any reason why? Did I do something wrong?

Meanwhile there seem to be all manner of pro Kamala threads discussing meaningless nuance, etc.
