30G in Perele sizing = 30DDDD (or 4D) in US sizing. Unfortunately, that is not an easy-to-fit off the rack size.

OP maybe also try the Athena bra from title nine.

I'm a 38G and really like the Anita bras. My DD who is a 32DDD also found them to be very supportive -- she used them for running cross-country when she was in high school.

For a 30G? I'm not the OP but I feel like any stretchy sports bra is made for smaller cups. I'm a 32DD and have a stretchy bra I use for yoga but I would never use it for anything more strenuous, like running or weight lifting. And getting it on and off is always a fun contortionist experience.

OP here. Yep, same. I practically dislocate my shoulders getting a stretchy bra on. And getting it off when sweaty?! Near impossible. I’ve tried many over the years and they’re just painful. Also not supportive or sized correctly.

I may give it another try, thanks for the reminder that they exist! They have a 'light' version now that may be more comfortable. The issue I've had previously is that they're designed for fuller cups than mine and the straps were too short. I have a very long torso, so non-adjustable straps are usually a deal killer.

Have you tried the enell bra? It’s absolutely insane looking but it’s very effective and I wouldn’t even say it has straps, per se. It’s more like a medieval tank top. Perhaps worth a try at least.

I cannot for the life of me find a bra that doesn’t make my arms go numb these days. I’ve tried pretty much everything I can find in stores as well as off the ABTF database and website. And I’m 52 and in menopause, if that matters.

I wear a 30G in Simone Perelle Comete bras, which are my everyday bra. No issues. Very comfortable. No red marks left behind. But sports bras are another issue…

Panache sports bras are most recommended but don’t work for me. I don’t have “full” breasts, so my boobs just deflate into the bottom of the cup and the top puckers an embarrassing amount that’s visible under clothing. And if I pull the straps tight enough in an attempt avoid that? Numb arms.

I can’t go above a 30 band (unless the brand runs really small, perhaps), because even though I’m not full my breasts are heavy/dense and all the weight will fall on my shoulders.

Help?
