Not sure any of the suggested shoes have arch support, which the OP asked for. (I too need shoes to wear to a wedding with arch support so am paying attention to this link!)

Not op but I like a lot of these.
Is there a place to try these on locally?

DP. Love your dress.

And this is a great site. Maybe something like this: https://us.sargassoandgrey.com/collections/wide-width-heels/products/phillie-wide-width-shoes-black-suede

I have found the Aldo pillow walk line to be some of the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. Perhaps these might look nice with your dress (which is pretty)

Ecco dress classic 35 pump.

Google this (I haven’t had coffee yet).

Ecco, Mephisto, and Naot are the only shoe brands I can wear without pain.

I think Ecco is the only one to make anything like a dress shoe.

Your dress looks beautiful.

Can you handle a low heel? Can the heel be skinny or is a block heel preferable? In any case, I would consider a black sheer hose with a black shoe that will minimize your foot ware.

I'm attending a wedding in a couple of weeks and I have major issues with my feet and finding comfortable shoes. I did a lot of long distance running and caused myself all sorts of problems. I need a wide toe, good arch support, etc.

Not surprisingly, I have only found super ugly options in "comfort" shoe categories.

Here is my dress (please don't tell me if you hate it, I already purchased it and I've gotten good feedback from DH and sister). Please, if anyone has ideas for a shoe that will look good with it that is comfortable, share! I prefer closed toe shoes because my toes are really ugly.

Can anyone help?!
