To me their chicken is very fatty. I don’t like it. It also doesn’t have seasoning. My favorite is Wegman’s rosemary.

NP- I usually buy organic meat, but even the Costco organic raw chicken has been gross lately. Organic isn’t the same as pasture raised, and doesn’t really dictate how the birds are processed after they’re killed.

I buy chicken from a guy at the farmer's market with a chicken farm - same place I buy eggs. I've literally been to his farm (my DD asked if he did tours and you could tell he doesn't but he told her yes so we went and she had a great time).


Pls explain how this is relevant.

I've been generally satisfied with the rotisserie chicken at whole foods. how does that compare to costcos?

Was heated under the lamps too long, got dried out.

Not that poster, but many people have backyard chickens now. It's a big thing.

Most chickens come from a chicken farm. There are very few artisanal chicken farmers.
