This is OP and I get that, but I had two kids before this one (they’re a little older) and I pretty well got my previous figure back. I guess it will just take more time and effort (esp now that I am in my late thirties)

I did have diastasis recti so wondering if this is a cause. But in any case, it’s very annoying and I would like to shrink my waist. Is there anything I can do?
(I have never had a particularly defined waist but am an hourglass, and historically my bust/hips were 40 inches and waist was 30 inches. Now bust/hips are about 42 inches but waist has been 35 inches for a year.)
