OP here. I did some internet research. To make a cortado, I think I should do two pulls of espresso (not lungo) using a pod each time so 2 total - some machines can take the double espresso pods but I don’t think mine can, I have to investigate that. That should make about 2.5 oz espresso and then I can ad. 2.5 oz steamed milk which is slightly larger than the traditional 4 oz cortado but keeps to the 1:1 ratio. I will report back after I actually try it
