Well-defined eating window 7 days a week (11a-7p for me)
Zero food with added sugars and minimal food from packages at all
Eating at home 95% of the time
Focus on lean protein, healthy fats, vegetables and low-fat dairy
Walking after meals as much as possible

I have zero trouble with my weight on this regimen
