Nachos- just fill your favorite cast iron skillet with chips and add your favorite toppings and bake. It can be as simple as bagged shredded cheese with pickled jalapeno and sliced olives from the can or as "fancy" as your own homemade pulled pork with fresh grated cheeses, homemade guac, etc etc.

I was coming here to recommend the baked sliders made of king's hawaain rolls, deli ham, and good cheddar. I see someone already did, so I will second that recommendation!

Sliders - pulled pork, bbq chicken, burgers
Similar to above, but King's Hawaiian rolls topped with meat (deli or otherwise,) cheese, toppings, then baked
Wings/boneless wings
Nachos
Charcuterie tray
Taco bar
Baked potato/loaded tots bar
Chili with toppings
Hearty soups with crusty bread/crackers/toppings
Samosas
Empanadas
Gyoza, dumplings, bao buns, edamame, spring rolls
Falafel, dolmades, baked/whipped feta, hummus, spanakopita, pita
Sushi platter
Spice/candied nuts
Stromboli
Literally any dip with veggies, crackers, chips or bread
