LIKE, OMG, WOULD’T IT BE BE GREAT IF WE HAD A LITTLE COFFE SHOP IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
OR A BIKE SHOP?
It’s the next step in the evolution of urbanizing the suburbs. All of these little projects are Trojan horses.

Oh please. Get a life.
A coffee shop in my neighborhood is not something to fear. Geez.
Don’t believe me? Take a look at the Brookville pharmacy in Chevy Chase and tell me how that has ruined the neighborhood. Be specific. What are you afraid of?

Anonymous wrote:Could be worse. There’s a man across the street from our home who runs a gun repair business out his his home.
We’ve tried to have him arrested for having guns and have tried to file ex-parte orders against him and his potential customers to keep them 500 ft away from our property, but we have been unsuccessful in all of our efforts so far.
I wish we’d known about his “home based business” before we moved in. Ugh.

Although I, personally, might start by talking to the neighbor.

I didn’t see any notice posted on the house or opportunities for neighbors to object. Anything we can do?
