G St Coop was a lottery when we participated 8-9 yrs ago. Unsure if they still are.

Subject: Spreadsheet?
Did anyone living in the NE/Capitol Hill area make a spreadsheet comparing various 2s and 3s programs? Especially anything involving a lottery? I have my own collection of info but would be grateful for additional input! I’m sure others would, too.
