There's one near our house, so we've been there a couple of times. We don't go out for breakfast often, but when we do, it's a good choice - has something that everyone in our family will eat, and the food is good.

I went to the one in Rockville a few years ago. The place looked run down. The food was average. I like Original Pancake House better.

They have a small menu that doesn't make me wonder how long things have been sitting in the refrigerator or freezer. I have eaten there about about six times with no ill effects. I also didn't notice any religious aesthetic. They seemed to want my money, not my soul.

Been there twice because it was the only brunchy option around. It is fine. A step up from IHOP. Good for large groups. They do have a weird reservation system (you can put your name down virtually but then must go there to check in, and then have to wait after that, often because of the groups).

So, it’s fine.

Interesting! Looks like a basic diner mug.
You belong in a 1950s sitcom. Or Seinfeld!

Super basic food. I never got the attraction.

I have two within 10 minutes of me.
It's really expensive to get "juice" blends. But it's nice when you want to eat out but feel like you had something really healthy like an egg white thing or acai or quinoa bowl. And it is tasty. Good if you need a brunch with a picky diva who is "gluten free".

But for me, it's way too expensive and it closes at two, so not at the top of my list. I'd rather make my quinoa at home and then go out for super tasty special naughty food that I don't make at home.

I’ve been a few times and I always think “my grandmother would love this”. It has a churchy vibe, the food is practical and tasty.

Wut?

"I ate their once and was violently ill afterward. Never again."

Every restaurant thread will have this post or a variation thereof.

PP wrote not that.

A new one just opened in my neighborhood.
They seem to always have a line.
Are they any good?
