Does anyone know what impact the 100’s of new condos is going to do to impact the schools? Was that taken into consideration when building the new highschool/middle school? I counted 4 new developments when driving through and overcrowded classrooms concern me when looking for where to settle down.
It’s going to turn them to shit because condos are for the poors, which means more brown people and we know poor brown people ruin schools.

Condos eventually ruin communities because it is almost impossible to redevelop them once they get too old. The HOA shared ownership structure incentivizes deferred maintenance and then the monthlies become so high that the properties become practically worthless over time.
The one you linked looks like a co-op built in the 1960s, PP.
