I trust the NYT as much as I trust the Daily Mail now, which is to say not at all.
I read NYT, WSJ, Al-Jazeera, Guardian, Times (UK), Economist, Wash Post, Daily Mail, NY Post, Daily Wire, Vox, and more. I don’t credit any of them with truth. I also read Twitter, both left- and right-wing.
Sometimes I think I can piece together the underlying facts. But sometimes I’m convinced I’m just not learning the truth at all.

The bolded is a gross exaggeration.
I agree with the general point, but the BBC is FAR more reliable and truthful than Newsmax (for example).
Twitter doesn't belong in the conversation.
I used to believe that the BBC was reliable. I no longer do. I do not trust it any more than Newsmax, frankly.
And Twitter is the only place where facts that have been suppressed by mainstream media can be found. Now, some of those facts are not actually facts, of course. But some are.
