Yep. I use a lot of heavy cream in my custard base for a quiche: 4 eggs, 3/4 c heavy cream, 1/2 c milk.

I’d throw it out. My stomach can’t handle heavy cream.

This is one of my fav recipes. I then make green beans or broccoli on the side.

Another vote for homemade whipped cream! Heavy cream + tablespoon of sugar + vanilla. So good.

Serve with fresh fruit.

Or make a big batch of salted caramel and give to all your friends.

Chocolate mousse is the obvious answer, or just make whipped cream!
