A lot of the studios closed in 2020 and never came back.

There’s a great yoga studio in North Arlington called Sun and Moon. It’s more of a traditional yoga studio, most of the teachers have been been teaching for 20 to 30 years if not more and it’s very peaceful and serene.

Karma yoga Falls Church is fantastic and MiYu, yoga in Falls Church/Tysons in the whole food shopping center also has some good classes.

Where do people go for in person yoga? Seeing lots of Pilates but looking for a good, clean yoga studio with a somewhat frequent schedule of flow classes. Preferably not hot...
