It’s really annoying as there is a huge range between 9 and 12 I don’t get it.

But some brands sell 9/10 - mini Boden, H&M, Abercrombie kids.

Buy him boys clothes not girls. They come in measurements not "sizes".

Really? Their kids section was teeny tiny, we found it full of teeny bopper crap.

Maybe a difference between girls and boys clothes. A different PP but I've like Primark for boys basics.

Try having an 11 year old. 10/12 are too small, 14/16 are massively huge

Buy size 10s? A 10-12 is a 12, so stick to brands that have 8, 10, 12.

Yes, it's so annoying. You just need to find small size 10s and wash & dry them a few times - Primary, Cat & Jack, Old Navy, and H&M clothes all shrink into smaller size 10s.

This was annoying for my girls, too. Abercrombie kids and Cotton on kids sells 9/10. We also liked the Next website , they have size 9. H&M was usually good too, they have 8/10.

I had the same issue going from small to medium. Just had to try a bunch of stuff from different brands. Primark and H&M are on the skinnier side

You need to find size 10. Look at GAP kids. My kid is skinny so he either wears size 8 or 10 even though his height, but not weight, is a size 10. Children’s Place tends to have mainly 10-12, so I only buy the shirts/jackets and roll up the sleeves. Carters/Oshkosh has boy’s clothes in size 10, and they have worked.

My son is 9.5 and tall and skinny.

Size 8 (Target) is ok but short and slightly snug.

Size 10-12 absolutely drowns him. It might fit by winter but what to do now for fall?

I’ve tried Old Navy and then shrink it, but it’s poor quality.

What to do?
