Having come from small clubs where the coaches know everyone and you get the same set of coaches every year, including the club owner/director, [b]it would be quite stressful to move to an MLSNext or ECNL club where the coaching slate always change. But I’m assuming there’s continuity bc the coaches know most of the teams/players even on other teams?

What changes? Like players cutting and adding to rosters?
Coaching changes and players movement happens every year with all clubs.
