Subject: Height height height
I am 6'1 but most people think I am least 6'4 and that's because I am skinny with a straight posture.
I wiish I was 5'7 and bigger though. I am not going to feel you guys my weight lol but I wish I wasn't skinny.
And as a skinny man don"t even get me started. I can start my own thread. And women have been the most hard toward me. They often tell me do you eat, you are so skinny, I can break you (wish they knew about my third leg lol), eat more. Because I am so skinny for them I guess they don't even see my height lol.
Men on the other hand notice my height before noticing my weight. And most men don't even mention my weight but they do notice the height. And this makes me think men are more conscious of height because that's likely something they have been judged on positively or negatively. Women notice my weight first surprise surprise lol

I'm a 5'4 female and prefer taller men. I have more of an athletic build and find shorter men (or at least the shorter men who have been interested in me) to have a smaller frame. It makes me fell HUGE around them so it's more of a me issue. I don't need a guy to be 6 feet but I do like them a bit taller than me so hopefullly they are stronger than me and have a bigger frame than me.

I don't think fat women have the level of lack of self esteem that short men have. Just by judging the way fat women dress it's clear that they are confident in their look. And they may not be wrong because clearly men are approaching them.
Personally I think the issue is that young men have to have a certain way, look a certain way to be attractive to women. I think all men should just focus on themselves. Superficial criteria such a height are just an ego boost for women when they reject men.

The problem with a thread like this is that you will end up with outliers. You will see an endless stream of women who will say no my DH is short or my sister is married to a short man or my best friends bf is short.
Women aren't going to come here and tell you that they will smile at a taller man and give a mean face to a short dude. They just won't. Women will not admit and confess their shallowness like we men do. Most of us men have no issues saying there is no way in hell we will date or marry a fat woman for example. But a woman will dance around the issue lol

I'm a 5'8" woman married to a man to a man who is 5'6", and it's just silly. My brother is on the shorter side (short mom, tall Dad, we're all over the place) and he's happily married to my awesome Sis in law and had a couple long term girlfriends before he met his wife. It's about personality for sure.

I don't get it? Your son is already tall so? Your wife might end up fat like her relatives
The point I am making is that she should worry more about him being fat than short. And because he is taller than most of his peers somehow he thinks it makes him special. My point is obsessively want tall men in the country. I just think it's bizarre.

And now the height thing is getting to my son's head too. He just turned 13 and he is 6'0. I am 6'3
