Hey folks.
It seems that the DC DMV is the only DC agency that doesn't participate in the DC Agency directory.
Its a long shot, but does anyone have an email or a direct line for a manager/director/etc at DC DMV?
I'm trying to navigate the proof of insurance letters that have gone out. Unfortunately I'm dealing with it on a fleet level, 50+ vehicles, and we never got the letters, or they are lost in the corporate snail mail somewhere and as a result all of our other vehicle transactions are getting hung up.
I just need someone to talk to not the 311 folks.
Yes I have been to the DMV 3 times totaling 12 hours, even after several letters from our insurance carries we are still not any closer to resolving the issue. It stinks I'm in the middle of DCDMV and my own Risk Management Department.
Its not been a pleasant experience.
If you don't feel comfortable leaving it out here shoot me a text.... 202 three four five 7679
