You can use applesauce in place of most of the oil in any quick bread recipe (pumpkin bread, zucchini or banana bread).

I have a jar of appleasauce I bought when my kids were on an applesauce kick, and it is now just past expiration so I can't donate it (but I'm sure it's still fine to eat). Is there a delicious baked good I can make with it? What's your favorite?
