We have been removed form the soccer world for a couple of seasons now and while our kid was in the thick of it the other parents used to call us anti social because we always sat away from "those parents".

Our kid even noticed it and said I don't care if you sit in the car or at home, just don't sit with them.

yes the kids notice the behavior.

No one here has a kid in hockey then. The worst I've ever seen on ECNL sideline is a kindergarten party compared to the weakest hockey crowd. Yes, I hope my kid is doing well, but for thousands and thousands of $ per year, never mind the time drain, I'm invested. It's very natural to yell things at the direction of the field. Don't act like you're just mute the whole game unless your team is that bad you have nothing to yell about.

All the parents on our sideline did was die slowly under the unremitting sunlight.

Yikes. I purposely walk down to the "other side" and listen to the whining. It keeps me in check because man is it embarrassing to hear grown a$$ people whine.
