With quality wigs readily available and affordable, there is no reason except for ignorance and personal choice that a woman cannot have attractive hair as she ages.
I'm 59. I fully support people's fashion choices. Though, I do hope those choices are not made because of fear and judgment. Just because a woman's hair isn't what it was in her 20s doesn't mean it isn't attractive.
Oh, I hope you are as supportive of men who choose wigs, extensions, weaves or transplants. Otherwise, you are perpetuating a standard.
