Agree with PP. My spouse had one and was in considerable pain afterward. I can’t imagine doing it without general anesthesia.

Trust me, you want general for a nose job. They have to literally break and shave your bone. And you cannot move.

I woke slightly in the middle of mine and it was a huge huge deal.

Does anyone do them without general anesthesia? I have a nose like a mix of Sophia Loren and Joey King, too long and a little potato-y. It has always bothered me a little, and of course with age it's not getting better, but I am not willing to risk my life for vanity.
