1) Talk to the teacher first.

2) try to work on homework together. Sometimes my kids do better watching/listening to someone else. On YouTube you can look up just about any assignment and there will be a video made by a teacher during the pandemic days of the lesson, problem set & hw. 3) Set up a free account on zearn & you can look up the lessons topics and how they align to eureka.
Zearn is really a great resource with engaging explanations & all sorts of activities & games.

Saturday school is low cost and designed to help in this situation.

Staff member here. At our school, paras are assigned to classrooms to help groups of students who need extra math or reading support. If a child also has an IEP and gets time with the HSM teacher, they will also help with completing the classwork.

Please talk to your child's teacher about your concerns!

You should reach out to the teacher and see what they say. The school should also have a math specialist who may be able to pull them out to work with them.
