This. Its for loss of convenience to sleep elsewhere so 100-150 sounds about right. And let's be real she is not doing housekeeping duties overnight to pay 30/hr.

Have you asked your housekeeper? I would start with $60 maybe more. Nothing to do with them sleeping.
