+1 somehow republicans have conflated basic gun safety measures with the culture woad and our kids are paying the price with daily school shootings.

Harris got a ton of death threats in 2019-2020 in the run up to the election. It was terrible. Not surprised she bought a gun.

I’m a huge Kamala fan and I didn’t care for that statement by her. It speaks to a larger issue of gun safety. While she may not have children at home, access to loaded guns is very dangerous and causes many accidental deaths and suicides a year.

However I’m still voting for her.

No one should be shocked that a former prosecutor owns a gun. They get so many threats from their local crazies.

Kamala is just signaling to those independent voters who think Trump is crazy that she's not a radical on gun control. She's a former prosecutor. It's fine. I do think the NRA are the devil and they've strayed so far from their original goals, but that's because they oppose common sense measures that you just measured like background checks, storing guns safely etc.
