Yes, it’s seasonal at TJ. Good stuff and very reasonably priced for all-butter puff pastry! I usually defrost in the fridge overnight.

I bought up both their frozen pie crust and phyllo dough thanks to the cashier’s heads-up.

I’ve definitely bought it at TJ in the past year, but not super recently. It is possible it is seasonal, but I haven’t been looking. If you leave in the frig, it should be thawed by dinner time, or most of the way. Nothing 10 min at room temp wouldn’t fix

Does anyone know if TJs sells this?

Also, how long to I need to defrost frozen ouff pastry? If I buy in the morning, can I defrost in the fridge all day and have it ready to use by dinner?
