eh, I think this is overpriced by 200K. (It's only a 4 bedroom). You're paying for the larger lot, which is just more maintenance and work.

Like its colonial style and quiet environment. Needs a lot of work.

Not a fan of the sloped land (so steep that it would be dangerous for the kids!!) and shared driveway.

I guess the commute to DC could be terrible. I need to go to to the city 4 days per week.

Not cute at all.

This one looks overpriced by 200k.

That's a really cute neighborhood - well kept houses and yards.

One downside is that it's zoned to Marshall and Kilmer, which are both on the far side of Tysons. Long bus rides or drop offs/pick ups. But awesome houses for hosting sleepovers for the kids!

OP here. A friend of mine lives in that area so I am sort of familiar with the neighborhood, but no I haven’t seen it. Didn’t know that area was a hot market though. Friend told me her neighbors complained a lot about the commute.

I drive, but I work odd hours and can often avoid rush hour. He drives to the WFC metro (about the same driving time as Vienna). Commute isn’t bad at all if you can avoid rush hour, and it’s awful if you can’t.

Seems like it would be easier to drive to Wiehle. This house has a Vienna address but is almost in Reston.

I’d say - needs some work but nothing too extraordinary.

The yard is sloped steeply, making it pretty much unusable. Great privacy though.

Probably fairly priced. In my (completely non-expert) opinion, houses near the toll road seem to generally sell for less because of the traffic noise.
