It IS insane.

Seems the app has lost its original goal which is to inform/guide neighbors, etc.

Not stupid, but they know lot about few things and nothing about many other things. Nextdoor has lots of unstable people who hope to get help telling some sob story. Makes me ignore the ones who really may need a little help.
Too many lost dog stories go on forever.

When they made that change, I stopped using it. I'll check in once a month to seenif there's anything important, but there never is.
